High traction SlipNOT® aluminum plate replaces aluminum diamond plate.

Aluminum diamond plate is lightweight, moisture resistant and corrosion resistant.  It is used for numerous applications including, but not limited to truck beds, stair treads and nosings, vault covers, cover plates and walkways.  Aluminum diamond plate may be classified as slip resistant; however, when it is wet or covered by a slippery substance, it does not provide the traction needed to keep people on their feet.  SlipNOT® aluminum plate is a permanently non slip replacement for aluminum diamond plate.

SlipNOT® aluminum plate can take the place of unsafe aluminum diamond plate in every situation.

• SlipNOT® non slip aluminum plate is light weight, corrosion resistant and also provides an excellent strength to weight ratio; just like aluminum diamond plate. 
• Aluminum diamond plate is easy to cut and fabricate.  SlipNOT® aluminum plate can be also be easily cut and fabricated.  SlipNOT® does suggest, however, that any complex fabrication, such as bending or forming, to be done before the slip resistant surface is applied. 
• SlipNOT® aluminum plate can be purchased in stock sized widths and lengths, just like standard aluminum diamond plate. 

SlipNOT® aluminum plate can be fabricated into slip resistant stair treads, nosings, walkways, vault covers and mezzanines, among others.  Unlike aluminum diamond plate, SlipNOT® aluminum plate can be coated with a non-slip steel surface, stainless steel surface or aluminum surface.   This gives SlipNOT®  aluminum plate the versatility to be used in harsh manufacturing environments as well as chemically rich food processing plants, while still maintaining  slip resistance.

SlipNOT® aluminum plate can be easily welded over existing aluminum diamond plate.  In certain situations, SlipNOT® has coated aluminum diamond plate with the patented slip resistant coating.  SlipNOT® does not recommend this option because the coated raised diamond shaped areas do not provide as much slip resistant surface as smooth aluminum plate coated with the SlipNOT® surface.
