The SlipNOT® process is an all metal plasma stream deposition that can be applied to metal grating, treads, landings, and mezzanines replacing dangerous checker or serrated grating. For new installations, SlipNOT® anti slip metal gratings, plates, and treads can be welded directly to the supporting structures or can be provided with countersunk holes for bolting in place. Nosings, risers, kick plates or other design specifications are provided to meet project needs and can be varied to meet nearly any anti slip grating design or engineering requirement. Anti slip metal grating is available in steel, stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel.
Our anti slip metal gratings are available in a variety of styles, bar sizes, and bar spacing. SlipNOT® anti slip metal grating is ideal for wet or oily areas. SlipNOT®‘s surface makes any style grating meet OSHA’s standards. Grates that are covered with SlipNOT® slip resistant metal surface coating have 100% surface coverage, which means any step is a safe step when it’s covered with SlipNOT® anti-slip metal grating.
