Cargill invested millions of dollars and spent hundreds of hours to increase safety in their facility over recent years.  They made upgrades to the plant and held employee training seminars which helped each employee contribute to completing this milestone.  Creating awareness and an appreciation of workplace safety played a major role in helping Cargill employees and managers to reach this safety record.
