A new study from Wisconsin suggests that milk manufactured in large dairy farms is cleaner than milk manufactured in small farms.  While buying from local smaller companies is becoming more and more popular, this may be a surprising find.  No matter the size of the dairy farm sanitary flooring, safe work platforms, healthy cows, proper refrigeration and clean equipment are absolute essentials.
