  • The Situation:

The New York Fire Department (FDNY) is known for its unwavering bravery, core values and remarkable service to the citizens of New York, NY. When there is an emergency the firefighters and other personnel needed traction when running up or down the stairs. Often times water, snow and other liquids are dragged into the department and can cause a slippery situation. Safety is a top priority for the FDNY, whether it is inside the station or out in the field.
