SlipNOT® non-slip metal floor grates are used in a variety of different industries, including food processing, utility, waste water treatment and even manufacturing plants.  Unlike serrated and plain floor grating, SlipNOT® metal floor grates are coated with an all metal slip resistant surface which exceed all requirements for OSHA and ADA.   Non-slip metal floor grates meet and exceed all the requirements for an ASTM / ANSI slip resistant surface and are registered slip resistant with Underwriters Laboratories per the UL 410 standard.  SlipNOT®’s coefficient of friction is greater than or equal to 0.85.  Slip resistant metal floor grates allow for the drainage of hazardous elements, such as grease, oil and cleaning substances, thus ensuring a safe walking surface for both pedestrians and workers. 

Metal floor grates come in stainless steel, steel and aluminum which allow them to be used in a variety of different applications for a wide range of industries.  SlipNOT® metal floor grates are a one-time solution because of the file hard surface between 55 – 63 on the Rockwell “C” scale and a bond strength of at least 4,000 psi.  Non-slip metal floor grates can be provided in stock sizes or cut to size to meet job specifications.
