Aluminum Floor Plate
SlipNOT® aluminum floor plate is available in a variety of thickness from 1/8" on up with widths of 4', 5' or 6' and lengths of 8', 10' and 12'. Slip resistant aluminum floor plate can also be ordered cut or fabricated to any size or shape required. SlipNOT® aluminum floor plate far exceeds ADA and OSHA requirements for slip resistance. Tested and durable, SlipNOT® aluminum floor plate builds safety into any new project.

- Available Alloy: 5052 Alum, 6061 Alum
- Standard tolerance: Mill (for stock material), + or – 1/8 for cut-to-size material, or according to specifications.

- Aluminum Floor Plate Care: Steam cleaning or power washing are the most effective cleaning method for aluminum floor plates. Debris can be removed with a stiff bristle brush. SlipNOT® recommends testing any chemical cleaning agent on a sample provided by SlipNOT® to verify that it is safe to use on the SlipNOT® aluminum floor plate
- Aluminum Floor Plate Durability: Aluminum floor plate coated with aluminum SlipNOT® has a bond strength of 2000 psi. If coated with steel or stainless steel SlipNOT® plate has a bond strength of 4000 psi.
- Aluminum Floor Plate Fabrication: Aluminum floor plates can be sheared, welded, flame cut, torch cut, laser or water-jet cut, plasma cut, countersunk, drilled and punched for complete versatility both in the shop and field. When fabricating or working with our aluminum floor plate product it can be treated like any other metal plate or grating. (Fabricating Specifics)
- Aluminum Floor Plate Finishes: Mill, painted, steel on aluminum, aluminum on aluminum, stainless steel on aluminum, and anodized are all various aluminum floor plate finishes.

- Slip Resistant Aluminum Floor Plate Standards: Our aluminum floor plates exceed all coefficient of friction requirements specified by ANSI, ASTM, ADA, NFPA, and OSHA. SlipNOT®’s coefficient of friction is greater than or equal to .85. SlipNOT® products are U.L. approved.
