Stainless Steel Floor Plate

SlipNOT® stainless steel floor plates are available in a variety of thicknesses from 1/8" on up with widths of 4', 5' or 6' and lengths of 8', 10' and 12'. Slip resistant stainless steel floor plates can also be ordered cut or fabricated to any size or shape required. SlipNOT® stainless steel floor plates far exceed ADA and OSHA requirements for slip resistance. The stainless steel SlipNOT® surface can also be applied to aluminum plates for a durable yet lightweight alternative. • Availability: SlipNOT® slip resistant stainless steel floor plates can be purchased in stock sheets or can be cut to size and custom formed in order to meet specific project requirements.
• Care: The most effective stainless steel floor plate cleaning method is with a steam cleaner or power washer. Debris can be removed with a stiff bristle brush. SlipNOT® recommends testing any chemical cleaning agent on a sample stainless steel floor plate provided by SlipNOT® to verify that it is safe to use on the SlipNOT® surface.
• Fabrication: Stainless steel floor plates can be sheared, welded, flame cut, torch cut, laser or water-jet cut, plasma cut, countersunk, drilled and punched for complete versatility both in the shop and field. When fabricating or working with our stainless steel floor plate, it can be treated like any other metal plate or grating. (Fabricating Specifics)
• Standards: Stainless steel floor plates exceed all requirements for coefficient of friction specified by ANSI, ASTM, ADA, NFPA, and OSHA. SlipNOT®'s coefficient of friction is greater than or equal to .85. SlipNOT® products are U.L. approved.
