SlipNOT® Steel Floor Plates used on Conveyors in General Motors Plant

SlipNOT® non-slip steel floor plates and metal safety flooring products are widely used in areas where durability and slip resistance are critical. SlipNOT® steel floor plates have an unmatched surface hardness. SlipNOT® steel floor plates and safety flooring do not wear smooth or flake off after years of high traffic use.

Steel plate

  • Far exceed ADA and OSHA requirements for slip resistance. Steel floor plates are available in a variety of thicknesses from 1/8″ on up with widths of 4′, 5′ or 6′ and lengths of 8′, 10′ and 12′. Slip resistant floor plates can also be ordered cut or fabricated to any size or shape required.
  • Steel floor plates and safety flooring are available in three slip resistant surfaces. Grade 1 (Fine), Grade 2 (Medium) and Grade 3 (Coarse).

Grating

  • Extremely versatile and used throughout a wide array of industries. Utilized where drainage is needed.

Flattened expanded metal

  • Retrofits easily over oily and wet areas without long downtimes or expensive replacements.

Perforated plate

  • Comparable to plate with drainage benefits of grating.

SlipNOT® slip resistant steel floor plates and safety flooring products provide a permanent solution to slippery worker and pedestrian areas. SlipNOT® slip resistant steel flooring plates and safety flooring have a file hard surface between 55-63 on the Rockwell “C” scale and a bond strength of at least 4,000 psi. SlipNOT® also offers the option of galvanized steel, for applications that require corrosion resistant steel floor plates and safety flooring.
