SlipNOT® Metal Safety Flooring manufactures a state-of-the-art slip resistant Grip Plate® that replaces traditional non-slip tread plates. Tread plates may become dangerous and slippery when wet. SlipNOT® Grip Plate® remains slip resistant when completely submerged in oil, water and other liquids.

The traditional diamond checker pattern of non-slip tread plates can become worn after time. SlipNOT® Grip Plate® is durable and long lasting, years after installing.  Non-slip tread plates have minimal slip resistant attributes, and over time, the surface becomes uneven due to wear. SlipNOT® Grip Plate® provides permanent, unparalleled traction in every direction.

SlipNOT® Grip Plate® is available in steel, stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel. SlipNOT® Grip Plate® can be fabricated to your specific dimensions and has a file hard surface of 55-63 on the Rockwell “C” scale and a bond strength of at least 4,000 psi. SlipNOT® Grip Plate® can be manufactured into stair treads, platforms, walkways and vault covers among other uses. SlipNOT® Grip Plate® will keep people on their feet.

SlipNOT® can be bolted or welded to dangerous non slip tread plates, or can be easily retrofitted over checker plate treads. Traditional non slip tread plates continually fail to meet slip-resistant standards. In contrast, SlipNOT® Grip Plate® continuously exceeds all requirements/standards for coefficient of friction specified by ANSI, ASTM, ADA, NFPA and OSHA.

SlipNOT® patented Grip Plate® is registered with NSF International for use in the food processing industry and 100% grit free. SlipNOT® slip resistant surface coatings prevent slip and fall accidents that lead to costly liability lawsuits. Food processing companies such as Campbell Soup, Nestle, Tropicana and Kraft, among others utilize SlipNOT® stainless steel Grip Plate® due to the chemical and bacteria resistant properties. SlipNOT® aluminum Grip Plate® is utilized for utility companies, such as PG & E for vault covers and other applications that require lightweight, but durable properties. SlipNOT® steel Grip Plate® is often used in the metals and mining industry because of the durability and strength steel has to offer. SlipNOT® manufactures a style and metal substrate to fit any application.
